CUSTOM European Profile Cylinders (Made in the USA)

*** FPL Hardware can make ANY size European Profile Cylinder, down to 1/2 millimeter dimensions.  We have made cylinders over 8″ long, and regularly make offset cylinders to order. ***

MADE IN THE USA

• All sizes NOT listed under the ‘Functions / Sizes’ tab will be Made in the USA.  If you wish to have a listed size Made in the USA, that can be accommodated.
• Cylinders listed in the ‘Functions / Sizes’ Tab are custom made in Italy, and will cost less than custom cylinders Made in the USA

Cylinder Features:

• Single or Double Keyed, and Half European Profile Cylinders (Key or Thumb Turn)
• Available in ANY size, down to 0.5 millimeter dimensions. We can even make European Profile Cylinders LONGER than 100mm (4”) on EITHER side of the cam
  • Our ONLY size limitations are minimum sizes of: Key Side (21mm) , Thumb Turn Side (13mm)
• Cylinders freely rotate 360 degrees (1/4 turn function is available on request)
• Multiple Thumb Turn options (including an ADA thumb turn; see ‘Thumb Turns’ tab)
• Custom finishes available
• Keyways:

  • If your cylinder is Made in the USA, it will have set screws for easy rekeying
  • Cylinders Made in Italy have sealed pins and require an FPL re-key kit (see ‘Photo Gallery’ tab)
